The Flagler County Chamber of Commerce, Inc. operates under the direction of the President. Doug is responsible for ensuring the effective operation of the Chamber while coordinating all organizational activities including: programs, membership, employment, training, supervision of staff and fiscal responsibilities as well as the goals and objectives set by the Board of Directors. He is also charged with implementation of policy as set by the board of directors. |

Rebecca DeLorenzo Vice President, Special Events

The Vice President of Special Events is responsible for the daily operation of the Chamber’s administrative functions and directs special events. Rebecca exercises supervision over office personnel. She assists the president as well as each Affiliate Chairman, and Chairman of a respective committee/task force and the members by helping to organize, equip and coordinate the voluntary manpower to achieve the assigned programs. |

Peggy Heiser Vice President, Tourism Development

Peggy is working with the Flagler County Board of County Commission and the Flagler County Tourist Development Council to create and implement a marketing campaign to develop a brand awareness and establish Flagler County as a desirable tourism destination while effectively increasing the economic base of Flagler County. She has begun to implement national and international marketing, advertising and public relations initiatives. Much of this work involves developing a consistent look and communication strategy for marketing. |

Donna is the Director of our Media and Publishing department. Donna directs the marketing, sales, organization and production of the Phone Book, Fantastic Flagler and the Flagler County Map. Brian Furber Sales Manager

Brian is in charge of all advertising, membership and sponsorship sales conducted by the Chamber's sales team, who visit you for opportunities to advertise in all Chamber publications including the Flagler Chamber Phone Book, Fantastic Flagler, The Network and The Flagler Map. Meredith Rodriguez Communications Director

Meredith is the Chamber's Communications Director. She handles press releases and all other media and public relations. In addition, Meredith coordinates all material for the monthly newsletter, and maintains the Chamber website. She works with the Chamber staff to promote events and other programs by developing promotional materials and managing advertising campaigns. She is also the photographer for Chamber events and meetings. Meredith edits all promotional materials and advertisements for each Chamber department. |

Lauren Walsh Office Manager

Lauren is the Chamber’s Office Manager. She oversees all of the Chamber’s financial accounts. Lauren creates monthly financial statements in addition to tracking all Chamber expenditures and sales. Additionally, Lauren oversees all human resources for the Chamber staff. |

Clay handles all of the graphic design needs of the Chamber including The Flagler Chamber Phone Book, Fantastic Flagler Visitor & Relocation Guide, direct marketing pieces, promotional materials, advertisements for the Tourism department as well as other areas of the Chamber. |

Jaya Larkin Tourism Assistant

Jaya supports the Vice President of Tourism Development in accomplishing initiatives set to develop a comprehensive program of tourism development and promotion for Flagler County and the Flagler County Tourist Development Council. Jaya is editor of a monthly tourism e-newsletter, The Source and maintains the www.visitflagler.org which is Flagler County TDC’s visitors website. |

Latissa Richardson Membership Coordinator

Latissa is the Administrative Assistant / Membership Coordinator, responsible for growth and retention of Chamber membership investments by working cooperatively with the membership committee. She maintains the membership database, prepares new member and renewal lists for Ambassadors, contacts new and renewing members upon signing their contracts, conducts membership billing and encourages membership participation at all levels. Additionally, she is responsible for aiding the Chamber’s President and Vice President in various administrative tasks. |

Kali Banghart Information Specialist

Kali is the Information Specialist and is the friendly voice you hear each time you call the Chamber. She is responsible for performing general administrative functions including visitor and member services, clerical and computer function and general operation duties. Kali meets and greets all visitors, oversees the scheduling for the Chamber’s community room, oversees the online calendar of events and helps prepare for all events and programs. |
