Chamber hires new sales manager

Palm Coast, Fla. – To meet the demands of its successful publishing department, the Flagler County Chamber of Commerce has created a new management position. After an extensive search, the Chamber hired Brian Furber last month as its Sales Manager.

Furber, a Massachusetts native, joins the Chamber after serving several years in finance and sales in the automotive industry. His impressive work history will prove a great asset to the Chamber’s growing publishing endeavors.

The Chamber currently publishes the Flagler Chamber Phone Book, the Fantastic Flagler Visitor & Relocation Guide and the Flagler Map. Each of these tools is helpful in the Chamber’s initiatives to educate and inform both visitors and residents on all Flagler has to offer. Discounted advertising rates for Chamber members are available in each of the publications.

The Chamber’s growing sales team will work closely with both Furber and Donna Baraga, publishing director.

“My main goal for this position is to continue to help establish the Chamber as the face of the community,” Furber said. “I want to create a more personal relationship with each and every business in the county and show them how our partnership can help them flourish.”
