Rebecca ensures the effective operation of the Chamber, while coordinating programs, membership, employment, training, supervision of the staff and financial operations. She is also charged with policy implementation and delegating work to accomplish goals and objectives set by the board.
Heather EdwardsVice President
As the Chamber's vice president, Heather oversees production of Fantastic Flagler, Thrive and the Chamber’s website. She develops and monitors all workflow and timelines for the publications and all chamber departments to ensure they remain on schedule. She also works closely with our area councils and marketing & communications committee.
Gretchen SmithGovernment Affairs Director
Gretchen is the Chamber's government affairs director. She works collaboratively with members, local government and community partners to ensure that businesses have a strong, consistent and unified voice. She is staff liaison for the Business Issues Committee, Economic Alliance Council, Flagler Votes Committee and Youth Leadership Flagler Program.
Brian GenkMembership Development Director

Tiffany EdwardsDirector of Events
Tiffany is responsible for marketing, coordinating logistics and managing the operations and success of the Chamber's events and programs that occur monthly, weekly and annually. Contact Tiffany if you have interest in sponsoring or attending upcoming events.
Kathy is the office manager, and oversees bookkeeping activities at the chamber including accounts receivable and payable. She also works closely with all departments to ensure proper accounting functions. Members interested in scheduling a ribbon cutting should contact Kathy.
